Toast and coffee come with something different each day at Erina. Alongside set combinations, the breakfast menu includes Set C, with a daily selection chosen for you. On one reported visit, the daily special was egg toast, accompanied by a choice of egg, salad or yoghurt; the diner chose yoghurt with fruit, and had it with blended coffee. It is a pleasing option for anyone who likes a little variety at breakfast.

The sets also make it easy to tailor breakfast to your preferences. Set A pairs toast with one of egg, salad or yoghurt, plus coffee or tea; the toast can be changed to a thick-cut version for an extra charge. Set B comes with yoghurt and coffee or tea for 490 yen.
